My name is Alejandro. I am from Venezuela. I speak Spanish and a little Chinese. I like drawing. My dream is to become a video game designer.
The Art Club was the first after school program I’ve participated in. I have been there from 2016 for 2 hours every Wednesday after school, and I learned about using different types of drawing. I also went to a program called San Francisco Youth Employment Program (MYEEP) during summer for 4 hours every Friday, and I learned how to do teamwork and help each other to create a good community. I went to an internship, which is being a volunteer at the Mission Cultural Center for Latinos Art. I learned how to listen and be patient about what they are telling me what to do. Finally, I also joined the Rock Band Club after school, so I went there every week for 2 hours practicing on how to play piano and guitar.
